Perceptions of consumer behavior

  • Economic consumer: 
The economic consumer seeks to satisfy his needs and desires based on income and price and is characterized by rationality when purchasing.
  • Consumer through the organization: 
This type of consumer is loyal to the organization's products, whether individuals or groups.
  • The consumer through the environment in which he lives: 
From the reality and the influence that affects the individual who lives in it, he may adapt, and it may be another decision.
  • Psychological consumer: 
This factor  has a strong, effective influence linked to an impulse that may sometimes result in a negative purchase.

Stages of the individual consumer

  • Idea stage: 
At this stage, the consumer initially has no information about the good or service he needs.
  • Knowledge stage: 
At this stage, the consumer has knowledge of the good or service he wants to buy.
  • Information gathering stage: 
Because the consumer is rational and rational, he is always looking to obtain a desired hour or service, and this is done through the information background of the consumer.
  • Desire stage:
After obtaining the appropriate information about the good or service, the acquisition stage comes by using and purchasing the good.
  • Selection stage: 
After purchasing the item comes the stage of comparing the items and choosing the best one.
  • Purchase relay: 
This stage is called the decision stage. After choosing and purchasing the desired commodity, the purchasing stage comes after that.
