Organization concept
The process of administrative organization is nothing but a conscious (rational) process that consists of organizing, providing these elements, and placing them in the form of an (integrated and unified) system that is ready to work effectively.
Organization goal
- A goal specific to the system's function (efficiency and effectiveness).
- A goal specific to the existence of the regime (survival and stability).
Achieving the principle of organic internal balance
- Linking the elements of the system according to principles and controls that allow for its continued unification and integration.
- The nature of this system (what is it characterized by).
Elements of administrative organization
It means those elements and parts that make up any organization in order to reach the elements so that I understand the nature of the organization, the goal of the organization, and the scope of work in which it works.
Types of elements of administrative organization
- Material elements: It includes a number of elements, the most important of which are movable and immovable financial resources, natural resources, supplies and equipment, etc....
- Human elements: include the people necessary for the organization to achieve effectiveness.
- Legal (regular) elements.
- Intangible elements: It talks about the extent of interconnectedness. As for the above, it is considered the core of the system and the basis of its cohesion and differentiation.
